While psychological health is as vital to understand and steward

as is our physical health, conversations about mental health are

often missing in many circles, especially circles of faith. Let’s figure

out our way through awkward in order to have an honest conversation

related to emotional health and well-being.

• Upon entering the building, masks are recommended but not required.  Please practice social distancing while registering, receiving your lunch, and finding your seat.
