Our very own Julie Kline and Gladys Deloe will be talking with us about how we can use natural solutions to assist in our physical health. Gladys will talk about reflexology- a therapeutic massage of the nerve endings in the hands and feet and ears. Julie will provide us with natural solutions for everyday living. She will be highlighting some vitamins and minerals, herbs, homeopathic remedies, essential oils, flower remedies, and more.
