Brad Harris, Senior VP of Healthcare Development at Millers Health.

Brad has spent much of his nearly 31 years at Miller’s Health Systems in the area of Accounting and Finance, and he’s anything but your typical CPA. While pursuing his Master’s Degree in Management, he made the decision to also become certified as a Nursing Assistant, and successfully completed both pursuits in 2009. In addition, Brad received his Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt designation in 2016. These varied professional and educational experiences have given him a unique view, not just of the healthcare industry, but of the dedicated individuals working on the front lines of patient care, coupled with the logistic and financial challenges presented by the current climate of reform.

As SR VP of Post-Acute Services, Brad’s strong interest in innovative thinking and teambuilding, coupled with this diverse perspective drive him to address the real-world issues facing today’s manager, healthcare worker, and care delivery system designer.  In addition to training on leadership, teamwork and communication, Brad is especially focused on issues related to Healthcare Reform, Post-Acute strategies, Accountable Care Organizations, Bundling Payments, and 30-Day Readmission Strategies. He is responsible for the entire Marketing Division, Healthcare Development, and Home Health for Miller’s Health Systems. Brad is also now responsible for building the strategy and executing the implantation to bring top talent to the organization. Leading a team of four recruiters and sourcing professionals (in partnership with the Marketing Division), he builds an employer brand and process that attracts and retains the brightest employees in the industry.
