Charlotte Brown

Charlotte is a fun-filled, down to earth, ordinary woman whose fierce passion, drive and “can do” attitude continue to defy the odds, and propel her towards accomplishing the extraordinary.

A native of Texas, Charlotte grew up in New England and began her career as a Buyer, in New York. She followed that experience with a successful career in Medical Device sales, joining companies such as GE Healthcare and the McKesson Corporation. After more than a dozen years in the Corporate world, she took a brave sabbatical and pursued her interests in full time Commercial and Residential Real Estate in Las Vegas, and is still a licensed agent in that arena.

Charlotte joined Zimmer Biomet in 2012 as an Enterprise Director in Corporate Sales. She was promoted to Group Director in 2015, and in 2018, was appointed as an Area Vice President of Sales, for Brain, Spine and Knee Robotics, with responsibilities for 1/3rd of the U.S, within this new division. She co-chairs a subset of Zimmer Biomet’s Women’s Network, and mentors women in field sales, while forging a path that allows women to enter the field, or to have both the courage and the confidence to knock down walls and to follow their own unique God given dreams.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing, followed by extensive course work in both personal, spiritual, and leadership development. She thoroughly enjoys anything outdoors, including water sports, adventure hikes, or just communing with God and nature. She has been blessed with one adult son, Julian, and today resides in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada.
